ABOUT THE ROLE
The Mkutano Company is seeking a highly organised and proactive Workplace Coordinator to support daily operations, team logistics, and digital visibility. This role is ideal for a professional with a passion for organisation, communication, and digital tools. You will play a key part in ensuring the efficiency of our hybrid operations and the consistency of our online presence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Office & Administrative Support
- Coordinate internal operations: calendars, workflow systems, and internal documentation
- Manage virtual meetings, travel schedules, and logistics across time zones
- Support digital filing systems and vendor engagement
- Track office-related budgets and expenditures
- Maintain and update the company’s digital and social media presence
Convening & Project Coordination
- Assist in planning and executing convenings, including administrative and logistical support
- Coordinate event materials, participant communication, and post-event follow-up

REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative or support role
- Prior experience in social media or content coordination is an added advantage
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in digital platforms: Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Asana
- Familiarity with scheduling, social media, and collaboration tools
- Basic understanding of digital communication trends and online branding
Core Competencies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first, fast-paced team
- Friendly, proactive, and resourceful personality
