BRAC promotes financial inclusion by extending financial services to the unserved and underserved‘, now with over 218,598 borrowers, over'180Bn loan book with 97% recovery rate, operationally and financially self-sustaining. In order to serve our customers better with a wider range of services and products, Board and Management have future plans of transforming the entity into a regulated financial Institution in Uganda — Tier 2, and thus the need to fill the following position to meet the needs of the transforming entity; -
Job title: BRANCH OPERATIONS MANAGERS.
Reports to: Branch Manager.
Purpose: Directing, supervising and monitoring of all operational activities, and implementation of approved policies and procedures
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• Bachelors Degree
• Should have strong managerial and interpersonal skills coupled with management and decision making skills in order to handle field operations
• Good knowledge of operations
• At least three years of working as a supervisor in Banking or Microfinance institutions.
