Business Process Optimization Manager

Reports to:

Chief Manager Business Transformation

Role Profile: Responsible for optimizing the Bank’s business processes and aligning the business process outcomes with the organization’s strategic goals.

Salary Band: CB-4

Key Result Areas:

• Build and maintain the repository of the Bank’s processes, Standard Operating Procedures, policies to ensure changes are controlled. validated and approved
• Determine the impact of changes (system changes, system upgrades, changes in legislation, etc.) on existing business processes roles and responsibilities
• Continuously seek new methodologies, tools and introduce innovation into the process that can impact results, enhance efficiency and profitability and assist the Bank to meet its business objectives and goals
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop business process requirements and improvements
• Responsible for the communication and cascading of process documentations to the end users
• Responsible for the integration of effective controls in the various Bank Processes recommended and developed
• Evaluate, design, execute, measure, monitor and control business processes Measure, monitor and control the performance of processes to ensure efficiency

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in any Business or IT related Discipline

• Over 3 years” experience in Process development in a Banking environment

• Leading and supervising Planning and Organizing
• Understanding data and generating solutions
• Highly Computer Iterate
