The Cashier role at Kampala Medical Chambers Hospital is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth patient coordination. This position plays a key part in the daily operations of the hospital's administrative and financial departments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain accurate records of clinic income by processing payments.
• Assist the receptionist with patient coordination, including scheduling follow up visits and managing appointments.
• Transfer financial records to the Tally system daily
• Enforce credit policies by following up on outstanding payments.
• Address customer queries and complaints protessionally.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong math and computer skills.
• Experience with financial software (Tally knowledge is a must).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• High level of confidentiality in handling financial and patient records.
