Main responsibilities
1. Data Collection Systems and Tools

3. Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare monthly and quarterly performance summaries showing progress against targets, disaggregated as required (age, sex, location, category), and highlighting gaps or bottlenecks needing action.
- Provide verified figures, tables, and data visualizations for donor, government, and management reports.
- Support the M&E Officer in interpreting trends and flagging red flags (underperformance, data anomalies, stalled referrals) ahead of reporting deadlines.
- Disseminate feedback on project progress to both internal and external stakeholders.
4. Quality Assurance and Learning
- Support data-quality assessments (DQAs), supervision visits, surveys, reviews, and evaluations, including field verification of sampled records.
- Track and follow up on corrective actions arising from DQAs or audits until closed.
- Participate in review meetings and contribute data-based input to program adaptation discussions.
- Ensure 100% upload of all project reports and documents are well maintained on A4HU’s Knowledge Management System (KMS) and WebMO.
5. Data Security and Protection
- Maintain secure electronic and paper filing systems, regular backups, and controlled/role-based access to sensitive records.
- Apply strict confidentiality protocols to personal information, especially data relating to children/minors, HIV status, pregnancy, and violence or protection cases including secure storage, restricted sharing, and informed consent/assent documentation where applicable.
- Report any data breach, loss, or unauthorized access immediately per the project's data protection and safeguarding policy.
General responsibilities
- Follow A4HU policies, the staff code of conduct and procedures for safeguarding, child protection, prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse, fraud prevention and confidentiality.
- Treat all adolescents and community members with respect and promote gender equality and disability inclusion.
- Use project resources responsibly and keep complete records.
