Role Context

The Deputy Head Teacher supports the leadership and administration of a school and assists in coordinating its day-to-day operations. The role contributes to an effective learning environment and supports the delivery of educational services.

Responsibilities

• Assist with school administration, staff coordination, and the implementation of school policies.
• Support teaching and learning activities and contribute to maintaining a safe and orderly school environment.
• Work with the Head Teacher and other staff to support learners and the effective operation of the school.

Job application procedure

Submit applications in triplicate on PSC Form No.3 (2008 revised) and, for education positions, ESC Form No.3 (1998 Revised), to the Secretary, Nakaseke District Service Commission, Po Box 451, Luwero-Uganda, not later than 2nd December 2026.

Applications should be accompanied by 3 recent size photographs of the applicant, photocopies of certified academic certificates, a copy of your CV, and other relevant supporting documents. Applications should bear the title of the post and the reference number specified against each post. Serving officers must route their applications through their Heads of Department, who should be informed of the closing date.
