ELNHA II MEAL Officer (National, fixed term, based in Arua with frequent local & international travel)
The position leads and delivers Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) support to the project, development and implementation of Oxfam capacity building MEAL framework and tools that meet Oxfam Program standards, building the capacity of partners and staff to strengthen their respective MEAL mechanisms and systems to contribute effectively to programmatic MEAL objectives and facilitate quality delivery of project results.

Skills and experience
Degree in Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Social science or relevant discipline with a minimum of 5 years’ demonstrable skills in designing and implementing humanitarian programs in an International NGO. Good understanding and experience of country humanitarian context, capacity building, advocacy and influencing issues in Uganda and humanitarian accountability mechanism
