Description

Greenhill International School is seeking a high-energy, professional, and proactive Front Desk & Administrator (Receptionist) to be the heart of our school’s front-of-house operations. As our first point of contact, you will not just manage a desk; you will be the voice of our brand, a guide for new families, and the “glue” that keeps our daily operations running smoothly.

This is a multi-faceted position perfect for someone who thrives on variety.

Your day will jump from welcoming students and parents to managing social media inquiries and leading school tours for prospective families.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Hospitality & Safety: Greet visitors with warmth, manage the lobby environment, and ensure security protocols.

Admissions: Drive school enrollment by capturing lead data, conducting engaging school tours, and proactively following up with prospective parents.

Operational Excellence: Manage student attendance, and coordinate office supplies.

Communication Hub: Draft professional parent notices, SMS alerts, and respond to social media inquiries with speed and accuracy.

Executive Support: Assist the Head of School with administrative tasks and help coordinate school events and orientations.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Experience: 2+ years in a front-desk, hospitality, or administrative role ( Education sector experience is a plus!).

Education: A minimum of a bachelors Degree Business Administration or Public Relations or any other related degree

Commitment: Ability to work 7:15 AM – 5:30 PM (to support learners who come early and leave and late ).
