Responsibilities or duties
HSE
- Ensure full compliance with Company, Affiliate and Site HSE Management Systems of all routine and non-routine activities under his perimeter, whether they are conducted by Core personnel, by Contracted staff or by Contractors.
- Ensure all actions are implemented to meet Affiliate and site HSE Objectives (LTIF, TRIR, Observation reporting, Life Saving Checks, Joint Safety Tours, …)
- Contribute to the implementation and adherence to an Environmental Management System (including Waste management plan).
- Ensure accurate reporting of all HSE KPI, including HSE events through dedicated Company tool.
- Ensure best HSE practices are enforced in its perimeter with specific attention to traffic management, handling and lifting of goods.
- Promote a strong safety culture by participating in safety tours, toolbox talks, and incident reporting.
- Monitor Materials and Spare part warehouse housekeeping, ensuring a clean, organized, hazard-free environment.
- Ensure availability of emergency response equipment. Participate in routine safety drills.
- Report and escalate any safety incident, spills, equipment faults or discrepancies to the Consumables Supervisor
Materials and Spare Part Warehouse Management.
- Follow-up construction of the new Materials and Spare part warehouse. Participate to commissioning of the new Material and Spare part Warehouse. Follow on Punch list clearance.
- Manage the preparation for operation phase.
- Get familiar and ensure strict implementation of Material and Spare part warehouse management procedures and instructions. Contribute to procedure preparation and revision based on feedback during operation.
- Implement regulatory requirements.
- Lead day-to-day operation of Materials and Spare part Warehouse:
- Ensure proper reception of all goods in liaison with FOPS teams.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming spare parts and materials for quality and conformity to purchase orders.
- Define, organize, and optimize storage areas based on part type, frequency of use, and safety requirements.
- Label and store parts in designated locations, ensuring traceability and accessibility.
- Ensure specific and sensitive parts are stored and preserved as per defined procedures (controlled storage temperature, blanketing, …)
- Prepare spare parts and materials for dispatch, ensuring proper documentation, packaging, and timely delivery to field operations.
- Ensure that all Spare Parts, materials and equipment are available on time, in proper working conditions and, with the assistance of the inspection team, have passed the necessary QAQC requirements if required.
- Ensure that all Spare Parts, materials and equipment is managed correctly (stored, shipped, and returned) and equipment inventories are properly maintained and respective persons responsible are aware of potential issues.
- Coordinate and manage all FOPS operational requirements, including ensuring the correct preparation of all goods prior to transfer to site or handover to FOPS (Maintenance, Production, Inspection), availability on time and in the correct location, accurate information and manifests, correct handling procedures, control of returned equipment, and re-integration into the warehouse, adhering to QAQC policy.
- Participate to the management and maintenance of “Warehouse and non Stock Items”, assuring adequate stocks, correct storage procedures, accurate labeling and recording of equipment, accurate inventory records, etc.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in periodic physical inventories to ensure stock accuracy.
- Accurately record all material movements (receipts, issues, transfers) using warehouse management systems.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and maintain up-to-date records of stock levels, storage conditions, and part status.
- Support inventory optimization through analysis, reporting, and implementation of best practices.
- Track serial numbers, shelf life, and criticality of spare parts as required.
- All the above activities extend also to pipe yard.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
Education, Training, Skills & Experience
Education
- Diploma of Higher Education (Bachelor’s degree) plus minimum 3 years of experience)
Experience needed

- Minimum 10 years of experience.
- Practical experience in Warehouse Operations, Chemical Storage/Handling and/or Materials Management, preferentially in the Oil and Gas or petrochemical industry.
- Experience in procedure development
- Knowledge of SAP tool and physical stock management digital tool
- Strong understanding of safety protocols, PPE usage and emergency response procedures
