Coordinate activities for Sales Representatives.

Key duties/responsibilities:

• Inquire about training needs for Sales Representatives
  
• Inquire on if Sales Representatives are getting sales and marketing support
  
• Inquire and escalate the reps' challenges/complaints to the right persons
  
• Inquiry texts or calls to ascertain the effectiveness incentives for Sales Representatives
  
• Ensure compliance of barcoding loans in Mambu via mobile and market force compliance
  
• Verification of new Sales Reps documents for HR compliance
  
• Ensuring accurate data entry of details Sales Representatives into the Rep’s directory
  
• Creation of codes for Mambu and Market force
  
• Assist HR in conducting interviews
  
• Summarize Team Leader’s weekly and monthly reports
  
• Marketing campaigns audited report generation
  
• Daily Market force reports.
  
• Weekly rejection report
  
• Hype the Reps, TLs, BCs and RSMs about all their incentives via mail and text
  
• Share any new information or policy with reps
  
• Call or text the reps to inquire if the TLs and BCs have shared memos with them
  
• Adhere to the monthly incentive hyping schedule
  

Required Qualifications and Work Experience:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other relevant field.
  
• A minimum of 1 year working experience preferably in a financial institution.
  
• Should have Data Analysis skills.
  
• Computer knowledge.
  
• Must possess leadership and supervisory skills.
  
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
