Job Purpose:

The Workforce Management and Outsourcing Coordinator is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the end-to-end operations of Lafab’s outsourced labour services. This includes recruitment, deployment, supervision, performance tracking, and client satisfaction. The role is foundational to building a structured, high-performing workforce system from the ground up. We are looking for someone with 3–6 years of experience in field operations, workforce supervision, or outsourcing coordination, who has directly managed casual or frontline workers and is comfortable owning daily deployment, discipline, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Service Setup & Operations

  • Develop operational workflows for recruitment, onboarding, supervision, and deployment of casual and outsourced workers.
  • Build internal tools (e.g., reporting templates, attendance sheets, work schedules).
  • Pilot small-scale field placements and refine operational model based on feedback.
  • Prepare paperwork and documentation required.

2. Workforce Recruitment & Supervision

  • Source, screen, and onboard casual workers through local mobilizers and community agents.
  • Supervise and support Field Supervisors, Site Coordinators, and other frontline workforce managers.
  • Monitor daily worker attendance, performance, and resolve field-related challenges promptly.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients using outsourced staff.
  • Understand client needs, ensure proper workforce deployment, and maintain satisfaction through regular updates and support.
  • Handle complaints, feedback, and urgent staffing matters professionally and efficiently.

4. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain accurate records on workforce performance, attendance, incidents, and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports to guide decision-making.
  • Use digital tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.) to track metrics and plan schedules.

5. Staff Development & Compliance

  • Train and mentor new community agents, field supervisors, and casual workers on workplace expectations and safety.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, health & safety standards, and Lafab policies.
  • Promote a strong culture of responsibility, service quality, and ethical field conduct.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in field operations, workforce supervision, HR, or client service coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of labor practices and working with casual or outsourced labor is an added advantage.
  • Practical experience managing people in diverse work environments (factories, farms, events, etc.) is highly desirable.

  • Proactive problem-solving and calm under pressure
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
