Overview
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Implement marketing, communication, PR and branding strategies to ensure and promote visibility, consistency and a positive image of the bank.
• Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events.
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
• Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
• Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
• Collaborate with Head of Marketing, Communication & PR in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
• Design all bank Art works for both social media, public notices and bank posters including tariff guides of all sizes, product posters, animated videos and others.
• Develop and manage the digital marketing campaigns for website, and social media pages.
• Create a bank brand manual to help in standardization of marketing materials and designs.
• Create designs for all branded promotional materials for example, diaries, Bank calendars, pens, t-shirts, mugs and many others.
• Develop videos, podcasts, and audio content for both online, Tv and radio advertisement.
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Manage the bank’s website including regular update, boosting, monitoring and Search engineer Optimization.
• Track the website and social media traffic flow and provide internal reports regularly.
• Identify new digital marketing trends and ensure that the brand is in front of the bank developments.
• Creating and executing SMS, and email-based marketing campaigns.

Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s degree in in Marketing, Journalism & Communication, Computer Science, Business Administration, management or any relevant field from a recognized institution.
• At least 4 years’ experience, of which 2 must be in marketing, communication and digital fields.

Skills & Competences
• Good working knowledge of best practices in marketing preferably in the Banking industry.
• Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing
• Good report writing and presentation skills
• Proactive and decisive
• Excellent market research and analysis skills
• Knowledgeable in Video and audio editing and production using software like Filmora, Vegas, doodly, Animator, Toonly and many others.

JOB DETAILS:

Under the supervision and guidance of the Project Coordinator.

Required Tasks:

• Lead in analytical and business strategic work pertaining to small holder commercial agriculture, agribusiness and rural enterprise development;
• Develop new business partnerships, manage the existing ones and review the running partnerships.
• You will be required to recruit new business partners and identifying future opportunities for impact across the Programme impact areas;
• Be part of designing and analyzing market-related studies in areas of operation and pick key programmatic lessons and opportunities for efficiency in market;
• Assist SG2000 Country Office teams to evaluate business models and market linkage approaches;
• Support the SG2000 Country Office team to work with farmers, farmer organizations and Village Saving & Loan Associations (VSLAs) to create new and/or diversified market linkages and build partnerships; Identifying capacity & training needs and techniques for selected agricultural value chains that improve smallholder farmers' food security, yields, product quality, nutrition and incomes;
• Develop and enhance working partnerships in areas of mutual interest across the value chain with donors and other external public or private organizations,
• Participate fully in the preparation of work plans and budgets, reports and updates on business development strategies and activities;
• Support in developing and piloting public-private partnership models;
• Perform any other activities as and when required by Management.


Academic Qualifications and Work Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture Economics, Agribusiness, Rural Development or any other related field.
At least 5 years of work experience working in related field.
