Reports to: Project Director

He/ She interfaces with the Home based participants. 80% of the time spent doing this job. is out of office carrying out home visits.

Requirements (HBP, CDO- Health and PD)
• Age:23-33 years
• Christian maturity characterized by a strong Christian testimony, a heart for children ministry and knowledge of the scriptures.
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
• Ability to effectively manage teams and respond to stakeholder expectations.
• At Least two years' experience in com- munity related work especially dealing with children.
• A minimum of a Degree in Social Work and Social Administration, Education, Nursing, Development studies, Commu- nity Psychology, Child Ministry or any other related field.
• Practical computer literacy
• Ability to learn new things and work beyond normal working hours as need may arise.

Responsible to: Project Director

He/she is responsible for the planning and execution of preventive and curative health activities that equip children and caregivers with knowledge in a timely manner, and promoting efficient health practices through health trainings and related activity.

Requirements (HBP, CDO- Health and PD)
• Age:23-33 years
• Christian maturity characterized by a strong Christian testimony, a heart for children ministry and knowledge of the scriptures.
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
• Ability to effectively manage teams and respond to stakeholder expectations.
• At Least two years' experience in com- munity related work especially dealing with children.
• A minimum of a Degree in Social Work and Social Administration, Education, Nursing, Development studies, Community Psychology, Child Ministry or any other related field.

Specific duties include to:
• Serve as an advocate for children and caregivers, conduct health needs as- sessments and plan interventions with Church leadership
• Monitors health trends and submit scheduled reports. Identify, plan and co- ordinate health screenings for children.

Responsible for: Child Development Officers

He/she is responsible for taking lead of project staff and programming.

Specific duties include to: -
• Offer guidance and technical support to staff, participants (children and their care givers), project committee and other stakeholders.
• Ensure that all programmatic aspects of the project are managed efficiently and effectively implemented.
• Lead and support staff in preparation and implementation of plans and budgets.
• Support, monitor and build capacity of project team to enable them achieve their job roles.
• Carry out (or identify resource persons for) the day-to-day training and equip- ping of the Home based participants in the Home based interventions skills.
• As a resourceful person on Survival and ECD related matters, monitor the manner in which the interventions are impacting the beneficiaries on a day-to- day basis.
• Ensure that GOBIFFF and other interventions for the Home based beneficiaries are implemented in the framework of standards.
• The relevant candidate shall be a model Christian and respectful of people's privacy and confidentiality.
