Notre client, un leader des produits Sinotruk & XCMG, recherche des personnes professionnelles et travailleuses ayant une bonne compréhension du processus de vente pour travailler avec le marché du Congo et à l'aise avec l'anglais et le français.

Responsabilités
1. Familier avec les produits et services de l'entreprise, responsable de répondre aux questions des clients, d'atteindre les objectifs de vente pour maintenir et développer de nouveaux canaux de vente et de nouveaux clients
2. Présenter les dernières informations sur les produits de l'entreprise aux clients en temps opportun, participer activement à l'organisation d'apprentissages et de formations réguliers, promouvoir le développement de l'entreprise auprès des clients et maintenir une bonne communication avec les clients
3. Visiter régulièrement les clients, se tenir au courant de leurs besoins, comprendre leur statut et leur fournir un service attentionné
4. Compléter le reporting des données de ventes attribuées par l'entreprise
5. Maintenir une bonne communication avec les clients et saisir leurs besoins en temps réel. Fournir un service actif, enthousiaste, satisfaisant et attentionné aux clients
6. Selon les produits, les prix et les stratégies de marché de l'entreprise, traiter de manière indépendante les demandes de renseignements, les devis, la négociation des conditions contractuelles et la signature des contrats et d'autres questions. Dans le processus d'exécution du contrat, coordonner et superviser le fonctionnement des directions fonctionnelles de l'entreprise.
7. Responsable du retour des véhicules de l'entreprise
8. Accomplir les tâches du système CRM de manière opportune et précise
9. Accomplir d'autres tâches temporairement assignées par la direction
10. Parlant couramment le français et l'anglais

Job Purpose and Key responsibilities
Job Purpose:
The overall job purpose is to develop a profitable Asset Management portfolio in Britam Asset Managers Uganda. This will involve overseeing the implementation of business objectives and establishing and providing leadership to the business development function.

Key Responsibilities:
• To develop a competent business development team that will deliver AMC’s strategic growth objectives.
• Develop and implement a business development strategic plan that will enable the delivery of AMC’s growth and market penetration target
• Continuously identify potential clients and implement business growth opportunities to achieve the business targets
• Supporting the development and implementation of high-quality products and preparing the market for new product introductions and a smooth product rollout in conjunction with the marketing teams.
• Be a brand ambassador and implement AMC’s brand strategy in liaison with Marketing & Communications teams.
• Monitoring the and management of client portfolios to drive client retention and ensure growth and profitability of the same
• Timely preparation and submission of departmental reports
• Research the latest in the business industry and create new opportunities to expand business
• Act as the business’s liaison between the business and clients
• Delegated Authority: As per the approved Delegated Authority Matrix
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
• Deliver performance requirements as defined in the department's strategy map, balanced scorecard, and Personal Scorecard.

Knowledge, experience and qualifications required
Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications:
• Knowledge of Fund Management regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of Fund Management products
• Sales and marketing management skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• 4 – 6 years of working experience in sales and or business development-related fields;
• Experience in the Fund Management industry will be an added advantage
