Main Purpose of the Job: Oversee implementation of DREAMS activities in the respective subcounty, by program area as described in the DREAMS work-plans and guided by the SOPs.

Main Purpose of the Job:
The district DREAMS champion's main responsibility will be to engage Adolescent Girls and Young Women (AGYWs) in her district in order to identify HIV predisposing factors unique to them and bring these to the attention of the implementing partners DREAMS technical team. They will also provide guidance on implementation modalities that are proposed by the AGYWs in a bid to reduce the incidence of HIV/AIDS among them. The DREAMS champion will further participate in advocacy engagements by working with communities to protect AGYWs and promote DREAMS programming to other district AGYW stakeholder including Local government authorities for possible adoption.

On behalf of the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), the Global Programme for "Pandemic Prevention and Response, One Health aims at strengthening national, regional, and global capacities for epidemic prevention and response with a One Health (OH) approach. It is based on the BMZ's One Health Strategy, which identified interfaces between biodiversity, environmental, human, and animal health for pandemic prevention and places a special focus on the detection and control of novel zoonoses.

We are looking for a knowledge Management Advisor (SKMA) to support the effective implementation of AFROHUN's knowledge management processes and deliverables in line with the recently launched knowledge management strategy of the network, while also contributing to documenting good practice examples in the field of OH that can inform knowledge management, South-to-South learning and cooperation in the context of the Global Programme.
