Job Summary:
The Field Officer (Service Delivery) is responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of services to clients in the field. They act as a liaison between the organization and the community, implementing programs, addressing client needs, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits to deliver services, gather data, train and address client issues.
- Implement service programs according to organizational guidelines.
- Build and maintain relationships with community members and stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate service delivery processes.
- Document and report on field activities, challenges, and outcomes.
- Provide feedback for service improvement.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Diploma in business administration, social sciences, community development, education or any related fields.
- Proven experience in field service delivery or community outreach.
- Knowledge of local community dynamics and needs
Technical Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Data collection and reporting.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, data management tools).
- Knowledge of service delivery protocols and standards.
