Job Summary:

The Field Officer (Service Delivery) is responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of services to clients in the field. They act as a liaison between the organization and the community, implementing programs, addressing client needs, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field visits to deliver services, gather data, train and address client issues.
  • Implement service programs according to organizational guidelines.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community members and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate service delivery processes.
  • Document and report on field activities, challenges, and outcomes.
  • Provide feedback for service improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Diploma in business administration, social sciences, community development, education or any related fields.
  • Proven experience in field service delivery or community outreach.
  • Knowledge of local community dynamics and needs

Technical Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Data collection and reporting.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, data management tools).
  • Knowledge of service delivery protocols and standards.
