1. The Uganda Electricity Distribution Company Limited (UEDCL) has allocated funds for Supply of Split prepayment smart meter single phase- wireless version Plc -G3 complete solution under a framework contract for a period of one year.

2. The Entity market sealed lots from eligible bidders for supply of the above.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open, demand and pricing methods contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders.

4. Not a receivablesy reserved for reservation schemes to promote the participation of Local providers in public procurement.

6. The Bidding documents fit English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 7 (0) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of US$2,000 per line method of payment will be by depositing money on UEDCL bank account and presentation of a banking slip.

7. Bids must be delivered to the address above at 7 (0) at the address this September 2025, IJOGan. All bid terms be accompanied by a bid security off:
