JOB DETAILS:
Coffee Factory Manager at Masaka Coop. Union Ltd
The factory manager should have proven experience in coffee processing, quality analysis, maintenance and troubleshooting any breakdowns and inventory management.
- Qualifications: Minimum of certificate in mechanical Engineering.
- Period: 3 years.
- Age: 25 years and above.
Additional Job Description:
The Coffee Factory Manager will oversee daily operations of the coffee processing facility, ensuring efficiency and quality control. Duties include supervising staff, managing production schedules, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards. The manager will also coordinate with suppliers and buyers to optimize production output and quality.
