Overall purpose of the job. The Supervisor Administration will supervise administrative team members and ensure that daily office operations are performed in a seamless and efficient manner. They will be in charge of overseeing office maintenance and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out Verification of out growers’ files for payment.

• Compiling daily and monthly statistical reports of ratio items and reconcile them between Karongo stores and other division.

• Prepare a monthly information bulletin for the department.

• Checking and verifying employee’s attendance reports periodically.

• Collecting data for the preparation of departmental monthly and other periodical reports.

• Verifying sugar cane trips transported by contractors.

• Monitoring the cost Centre 1 budget.

• Deputizing/standing in for the Administrative Superintendent during his annual leave of absence for any official reason.

• Adhering to and enforcing safety, Health and environment policy of the company.

• Performing any other related duties as may be assigned to you by Administrative superintendent / management from time to time.

Education:

A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in business Administration or any other business-related course.

Experience, Skills and Competences:

A minimum of three (3) years in a similar job. Knowledge in Time management, computer literacy, record keeping and good communication skills.

Communication Skills: The position demands daily interactions with employees, management, and stakeholders, therefore, communication skills are an absolute necessity.

Interpersonal Skills: The candidate must be a helpful, calm and professional individual and demonstrate calmness during times of uncertainty/busy working hour
