JOB DETAILS:

The CDD-HBP will report to the Project Director.

Qualification:
I. Must at least have a Bachelor’s degree community health, nutrition, education and or a bachelor’s degree in social work-related disciplines. 2. Should be a good steward, of high integrity. Exhibiting confidentiality, with good social skills and can be trusted by persons who prefer a non-intrusive lifestyle. 3. Experience and knowledge in early childhood (CED), GOBEFF components, maternal-child health intervention programs and social will be an added advantage.

NB: All applicants must:

• Be a mature born-again Christian with sound testimony, who is a model in word, deed, and lifestyle and demonstrates involvement in church ministry.
• Must have good interpersonal skills, a team builder and willing to take initiative.
• Must have excellent computer skills.
• Working ability to apply and adapt established accounting procedures to a variety of accounting transactions, problems and situations.

Good written communication skills and strong verbal communication skills.
Intermediate English ability is preferred.
Must have ability to represent the church as a professional.
Must have ability to create alliances, partnerships and networks for the church.
Skills in Project planning and budgeting, proposal writing, and financial management will be an added advantage. The applicant must have work experience of 2-3 years in managerial work.
English and Luo as an advantage.

Age: 25-35.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: bachelor degree
