JOB DETAILS:

Reporting To Dispatch Manager, The Successful Candidate Will;

• Tally up goods loaded and reconcile with loading order
• Check that goods loaded on trucks comply with customer specifications
• Carry tally sheets to Sales Office for invoicing
• Supervise, monitor and guide Loading Assistants
• Sign off the goods dispatched note.
• Any other duties assigned by Dispatch Manager

Educational Qualifications and Experience

• Ordinary Diploma in any business-related discipline.
• 2 years of relevant experience is required

Skills & Professional Attributes Required

• Ability to work independently in carrying out assignments to completion
• Effective Verbal and written communication.
• Professional personal presentation
• Customer service orientation skills.
• Considerable ability to adhere to prescribed routines and practices; and compose effective and accurate correspondence
• Dealing with non-routine matters, such as special projects, with minimum specific instructions
• Decision making skills is required.

Work Conditions

• May require working for long hours.
• May be required to work in open and dirty areas
• May be required to lift or move items that weigh up to 20 kilograms
