JOB DETAILS:

The Raw Materials Controller will ensure all stock is received, issued, and accounted for with minimal variance while supervising the Raw Materials Stores.

Key Outputs and Accountabilities

• Ensure materials are placed in correct store locations and labeled according to prescribed standards.
• Maintain compliance of stored materials with master data requirements.
• Conduct daily, monthly, and annual stock takes.
• Verify returned materials for safety and original condition.
• Ensure deliveries meet company specifications and undergo quality inspection.
• Report and follow up on non-conforming materials with stakeholders.
• Address and report safety concerns in raw material stores to EOSH.
• Lead and supervise the stores team.

Qualifications, Experience, and Competencies

Qualifications:

• Degree in Stores Management, Inventory, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum two years of operational experience in FMCG or stores/material handling.

Competencies:

Knowledge Areas:

• Procurement and Logistics procedures.
• Equipment manuals interpretation.
• Business management systems.
• SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) standards.
• Stores and inventory management principles.
• Document management.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and customer orientation.
• Planning, organizing, and controlling routine work.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: bachelor degree
