INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY OF FUEL FOR STAFF AND CMA MOTOR VEHICLES

Procurement Reference Number: CMA/SUPLS/25-26/00003

1. The Capital Markets Authority (CMA) has allocated funds to be used for the Supply of Fuel for Staff and CMA Motor Vehicles.

2. The CMA invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Supply of Fuel for Staff and CMA Motor Vehicles.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding procedures contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 205 and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from CMA and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 9:00am to 5:00pm (Local time) on working days.

5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be obtained by interested bidders at the address below at 8(b)

7. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before 11:00 am on 15th September 2025. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) at 11:15am on 15 September 2025.
