We are looking for a Deputy Regional Manager to join our Sales group as we scale up and drive digital and financial inclusion across our markets.

Imagine a place where your work doesn’t just drive numbers, but transforms lives. At M-KOPA, we believe in upgrading lives by making products more affordable and accessible. As our Deputy Regional Sales Manager, you won’t just manage a team—you’ll be a key player in a mission that changes communities.

Picture yourself leading a dynamic team of sales supervisors under the guidance of our regional manager. Together, you'll build a high-performing sales force that consistently exceeds targets. Your leadership will be the catalyst for growth and success in M-KOPA’s sales operations.

Sales Leadership & Team Building

You will be at the forefront, managing and recruiting a stellar team of direct field sales agents. Imagine the thrill of watching your team outperform and overachieve, thanks to your strategic oversight and mentoring. You will track their performance with precision, using KPIs to ensure everyone is aligned with our ambitious goals.

Your role will involve crafting detailed operational reports and developing incentive programs that reward hard work and dedication. Think of yourself as the architect of a culture that celebrates success and drives continuous improvement.

Sales Strategy & Execution

Your strategic vision will guide our sales forecasting and territorial planning. Envision yourself steering the ship, ensuring our sales channels are not just performing, but thriving. You will harness the power of data, transforming it into actionable insights that drive our sales strategy forward.

Imagine aligning sales goals with customer credit performance, ensuring every new customer is a quality addition to our community. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure that our sales teams adhere to rigorous customer screening processes, guaranteeing satisfaction and reliability.

Experience, Skills & Competencies

Your journey has already equipped you with five+ years of experience in sales, particularly in electronic device sales, FMCG, or financial services. You possess a sharp business acumen and strategic decision-making skills. Your passion for M-KOPA’s mission is palpable, and you’re ready to inspire your team to new heights.

You have proven your ability to build and manage networks of field teams and regional representatives. Your project and stakeholder management skills are top-notch, enabling you to seamlessly coordinate across internal teams and external partners.

You are highly motivated, with a strong sense of ownership. Your communication skills—both verbal and written—are exceptional, allowing you to influence and lead effectively. You thrive in fast-moving environments and handle change with grace and urgency. Your high integrity and commitment to good governance make you a trusted leader.
