Exquisite Solution Limited, a leading HR recruitment and management company, is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our client’s dynamic team in the oil and gas sector. The HR Assistant will be responsible for the development, operation, and enhancement of the company’s HR management system, supporting all HR functions, and contributing to the effective management of human resources to achieve the company’s strategic objectives
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for all internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests.
- Maintain and manage digital and electronic employee records.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, reference checks, contract issuance, and onboarding.
- Support performance management activities and coordinate training sessions, orientations, interviews, meetings, and HR events.
- Process payroll, resolve discrepancies, and manage employee compensation and welfare programs.
- Oversee employee transfers, job changes, contract signings, terminations, and conduct exit interviews.
- Liaise with local labor authorities and manage labor relations.
- Administer the issuance, renewal, extension, and cancellation of project entry cards.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on HR activities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively in multicultural environments.
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
- Possession of a valid, local government-approved health certificate.
