To provide support for day-to-day HR operations and oversee facility-related services, ensuring smooth administrative processes, adherence to HR policies, and the maintenance of a safe, well-managed work environment for all staff and outsourced service providers. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Human Resource Duties: 

  • Manage HR administration, employee records, and HRIS systems. 
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. 
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies. 
  • Monitor attendance, leave, and timekeeping systems. 
  • Assist in training coordination and employee communication. 
  • Contribute to a positive workplace culture and support CSR initiatives. 

Facilities Management Duties: 

  • Coordinate outsourced services including cleaning, security, gardening, and waste management. 
  • Oversee the condition and availability of office furniture, coordinating repairs or replacements as needed, and reporting any safety concerns to HSSE 
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs through approved service providers, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and disruptions to operations are minimized. 
  • Support the management of HR-related service contracts, including outsourced manpower, cleaning, maintenance, and other administrative services. 
  • Conduct routine inspections of office or plant facilities to identify maintenance needs. 
  • Coordinate minor repairs and maintenance with the appropriate contractors or internal teams. 
  • Ensure all utilities (water, electricity, waste) are functioning properly and paid for on time. 
  • Maintain inventory and records for facility supplies (e.g. toiletries, furniture, safety equipment). 
  • Support health, safety, and fire prevention compliance in coordination with the HSE Officer. 

Qualifications and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • At least 2–3 years’ experience in a combined HR and administrative/facilities role. 
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors. 
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and sound judgment. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with HR systems or operational trackers is an advantage. 
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or plant setting is an added advantage. 

Skills and Competencies: 

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). 
  • Ability to work with diverse teams and manage third-party relationships. 

Location
