Job Overview:
The Head Chef is responsible for leading the kitchen team, designing menus, managing food costs, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and develop seasonal menus in collaboration with management.
  • Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost control.
