NOTICE OF EXTENSION OF BIDDING PERIOD

Reference is made to the advertisement that was made in the New Vision newspaper on November 27, 2025, for the following tender.

This is to inform all interested parties that:

1. The Bid Submission Deadline has been extended from 11.00am EAT of Friday December 19, 2025 to 11:00am EAT on Tuesday January 27, 2026.

2. The Minutes for the Pre-bid Meetings/Supplier workshops held, and responses to all clarifications raised regarding this tender, shall be made available on Monday December 22, 2025 as follows.

i. By email to prospective bidders and attendees of the Pre-bid Meetings/Supplier workshops.
ii. By email to interested bidders upon submission of a request to procurement@bou.or.ug
iii. On the Bank of Uganda website www.bou.or.ug (under the Procurement Tab).
iv. Physically at the Bank of Uganda upcountry branches countrywide.
