Unifi is looking for loan consultants that will be the face of Unifi that will be responsible for the provision of loans to customers. .

The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Growth Operations Assistant to support and enhance our day-to-day client growth activities across all our branches. The role is key in ensuring we continue to grow our client base in Uganda and achieve our set business targets.

Responsibilities or duties

  • Identify, research, and drive opportunities to grow Unifi’s new client base.
  • Lead client acquisition strategies to increase activations while controlling direct acquisition costs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Drive effective use of data and tools to improve prospect conversion, targeting a conversion rate above 20%.
  • Support recruitment, training, and capacity planning to ensure high-performing Client Growth teams at branch level.
  • Work closely with branch teams through regular travel to improve client growth execution and results.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performance Client Growth team
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Generalist to implement agreed marketing strategies.
  • Monitor daily branch client growth activities, ensuring proper use of systems such as Georep.
  • Support management in executing company strategy and contribute to Unifi Uganda’s growth and employer brand.
  • Develop and implement a strategic activations plan, including a robust events calendar, to ensure Unifi’s presence at key stakeholder and national events (e.g., Teachers’ Day, Public Service Week) and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Manage the end-to-end client acquisition process across the client funnel by analysing prospect insights and data, identifying and addressing bottlenecks, optimising conversion rates, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Make Unifi Uganda an adventurous and desirable place to work.
