On behalf of our client China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Co. Ltd (CPP), we are looking for competent, skilled, and Site HR Officer to work at site.
Activities
The position holder shall have the following responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring they receive the necessary training,
- safety information, and equipment specific to the pipeline field.
- Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new hires to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Maintain and update HR records, including personnel files, training records, and certifications.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as needed.
- Assist employees with benefits enrolment, inquiries, and claims processing.
- Support HR in managing employee benefits programs, such as health and safety initiatives.
Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications & Experiences required
- Prior experience in HR administration or support roles.
- Knowledge of HR practices and principles.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and HRIS Software
- Understanding safety regulations in the pipeline field is a plus.
