Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the HR team in hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to employment and labor laws.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, and conducting background checks.
- Develop and implement performance management systems, including performance appraisals, coaching, and career development plans.
- Manage employee relations, including handling complaints, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including salary reviews, bonus programs, and health and welfare benefits.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure confidentiality of all HR-related information.
- Provide HR support and advice to line managers and employees on a range of HR-related matters.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive HR reports and analyze data to support decision-making and improve organizational performance
- Perform any other activity as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, or any related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of cumulative experience in a related field
