BID NOTICE FOR PROCUREMENT OF A CONTRACTOR FOR ACQUISITION AND PROCESSING OF 100KM LINES OF 2D SEISMIC DATA IN RESPECT TO THE KASURUBANU CONTRACT AREA (KSCA)

1. The Uganda National Oil Company Limited (UNOC) is a limited liability company wholly owned by the Government of Uganda. UNOC is mandated to handle the State's commercial aspects of petroleum activities and the participating interests of the State in the petroleum agreements.

2. UNOC is the operator of the Kasurubanu Contract Area (KSCA), located in the Northern Lake Albert sub-basin, Albertine Graben, Uganda, and covers parts of the districts of Hoima, Bulisa and Masindi. The delivery of the 2026 Work Program obligations is ongoing and among other activities is the acquisition and processing of 100-line kilometers of 2D seismic data.

3. Uganda National Oil Company invites sealed proposals from eligible contractors for acquisition and processing of 100KM Lines of 2D Seismic Data in respect to the Kasurubanu Contract Area (KSCA) as indicated below:
