JOB DETAILS:
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
|
1) Advice and or sensitizing prospective and existing clients on BUBL’s loan products and cross sell other financial products and services. 2) Carry out training of clients on financial literacy and other relevant training. 3) Guiding clients to fill loan application forms and attach relevant documents in line with BUBL’s loan requirements. 4) Conduct loan appraisals through undertaking field visits to loan applicants’ homes, agribusiness and locations of property/securities to be pledged to BUBL as collateral where required. 5) Disburse approved loans to clients on daily basis in line with the set performance targets. 6) Appraise loan applicants’ character, credit histories and conduct reference checks to ascertain willingness to repay the loan. |
7) Monitor outstanding loans and performance of the loan portfolio daily.
