INVITATION FOR PREQUALIFICATION OF PROVIDERS FOR WORKS, SERVICE AND SUPPLIES FOR FINANCIAL YEARS 2024/2025, 2025/2026, 2026/2027.
Hoima District Local Government invites applications/bids from competent firms companies individuals to tender for pre-qualification and registration to provide works, services and supplies to Hoima District Local Government for the financial years 2024/2025, 2025/2028 and 2020/2027.
FRAMEWORK CONTRACTS
• Repair and maintenance of Motor Vehicles Motorcycles/Heavy Road Equipments
• Repair and Servicing of Computers and general office Equipments. 3. Photocopying and General Secretarial Services
• Provision of Hotel and Catering Services
• Radio and communication seces
• Cleaning and santation services
• Cesspool Emptying Services
• Provision of Fumigation Services.
• Supply of Printed Stationary
• Supply of Fuel, Oils and Lubricants
• Supply of Road Construction materials (Culverts, Sand, Cement, Aggregate Slabs, Etc).
• Supply of Assorted office stationery.
• Supply of Tyres and tubes Powers of Attomey.
• Confiscate of Registration or incorporation for the fi Memorandum and Articles of Association
• Copies of current income tax clearance certificate
• Company or Business profile with details of all staff equipment, tools, machinery, etc.
• Companies for Supply of Fuel, Oils and Lubricants should submit an Environmental and Social Impact Assessment Certificate of approval from NEMA
• A record of current and past contracts Financial status of the firm/company/individual (Bank statements for the past Months
• Audited books of Accounts for the last two financial years from certified audit firms for registered firms/companies only Books of Accounts not audited by certified audit firms will not be accepted. NITA Registration ceficate for those interested in IT items like computers, printers, Laptops, etc
