Napak district local government intends to sell [assets as listed below]. The [asset(s)] are sold on an "as is, where is" basis and the [Napak district local government] will have no further liability after sale.

Napak district local government now invites sealed bids for the purchase of [assets as enlisted below].

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets (Disposal of Public Assets Regulations, 2023), and is open to all bidders. Interested bidders may inspect the [asset(s)] at [Kangole town council, District Head Quarter's Yard, Kangole Police and Garage in Moroto town] on [Monday to Friday] from [9:00am to 3:30pm].

Interested bidders may obtain further information from [procurement and disposal unit] and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below, from [9:00am to 4:30pm].

The Bidding Documents in [English] may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of [50,000/= for vehicles and 30,000/= for others]. The method of payment will be IRAS (INTEGRATED REVENUE ADMINISTRATION SYSTEM). The document will be sent by physical delivery to procurement and disposal unit No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.

Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before [12:00pm on Friday 29th July 2026]. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at [1:00pm on Friday 29th July 2026].
