Invitation for bids for pre-qualification for provision of Supplies, Services and Works for FY 2025, 2026 and 2027.

Procurement Reference Numbers: UEC- FADM/SRVCS/2025/0074

1. Uganda Episcopal Conference (UEC) (Uganda Catholic Secretariat) intends to presqually service providers for the provision of supplies, services and works, for 3 years beginning August 2025.
2. UEC invites sealed Short Listing submissions for supplies, services and works detailed in the Short Listing document to be sold to bidders.
3. The evaluation criteria shall include but not limited to: Eligibility, Experience, Capacity and technical and quality requirements listed in the bidding document.
4. Short Listing submissions will be evaluated in accordance with the Uganda Episcopal Conference (Uganda Catholic Secretariat) Procurement and Disposal Manual. Short Listing is open to all eligible bidders from eligible source countries.
5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Uganda Episcopal Conference (Uganda Catholic Secretariat) and inspect the bidding documents at the address below in 7(a) from 9.00 am to 8.00 pm.

CONDITIONS / REQUIREMENTS
The interested firms, individuals and companies who may be interested to apply should submit photocopies of the following documents:

i. True certified copies of Certificate of Incorporation/ Registration.

ii. A valid Trading License for the year 2025.

iii. Current Valid Income Tax Clearance (Original) Addressed to the Registered Trustees of Uganda Episcopal Conference.

iv. Certified Powers of Attorney/ Partnership deed/ Business.

v. Business physical address and all other necessary contact (telephone, Numbers, Email, Address, certificate of completion of similar works, Technical staffs and other documents specified in the Bid Document.

vi. Passport Size photographs of Directors for Companies.

vii. All firms, companies, individuals should submit Bank statements for the last few months/ Audited Books of Accounts for the last two years.

viii. New firms should show Technical ability and financial capacity to do the works.

6. The Short Listing Document in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application.
   In the Procurement Office and payment of a non-refundable fee of 10%. She 100,000 (One Hundred thousand shillings only) to the Accountant Finance and Administration and the method of payments by cash.
7. Short Listing submission must be delivered to the address below in 8(c) on or before 21st July, 2025, at 12:00 pm. Late bids shall be rejected.
