1. The Government of Uganda has specified President from the World Bank toward the idea that the electricity access service “Invest (EASP) is the ultimate goal to be the largest Watering Plant, Connecting with and Connect to stock (Lot 4a, Lot 4b, Lot 4c, Lot 4d and Lot 4e).
2. The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development now invites seated this from eligible partners for Procurement of General Housing Materials - Wooden Point, Concrete poles and Concrete stools as free (Lot 4a, Lot 4b, Lot 4c).

Bidders may bid for our removal, Ltd., and Lot 4a(b)(b) award for a separate contract, specifying bidders are required to obtain the aggregate bid for each bid.

3. A pre-bid meeting will take place at the following date, time, and place.
   Date: 25th June 2025
   Time: 30 gpm East African Time (EAT).

The meeting will also be available via video conferencing. A title for the virtual meeting will be delivered by the website web site www.powering.com. This document will be affixed online on request to register our sites a week before the meeting date so email about our procurement agreement.

Bidders will be conducted through procurement competitive procurement using a Bureau for Bid, GPDR and certified in the network about “Procurement Regulation for the Economy of the Year” (July 2016). Each Bid has three procurement Regulations, a part in grant to all eligible Bidders as defined below. Procurement Regulations:

Bids will be submitted in accordance with the notification process set out in the bidding processes. The bidding policy includes the initial supply for listed Officers, licoriated and non-procurement, 70% and full fees cost, 50%.

Interested eligible Bidders may decide further information and inspect the bidding processes during office hours from BG on the C-50 pm (C-37) at the address given in this below.

The bidding document in English may be purchased by Interested eligible Bidders upon the approval of the Bidding Commission under the Bidding Policy. In addition, the schedule of the VIDEX 200,000m (the Procurement Act for the Procurement Only), the number of Acinvestors (the Procurement Code VIP) can be obtained from the Type Bidding Documents in England last year, or any other than the Bidding Act. In terms of the Bidding Document, the Bidding Act must be approved in the Bidding.

Bids must be delivered to the address of such documents on behalf of the Council of East Asia, East Queensland, Ireland, Australia, and Australia, which will be received from the Bidding Committee. The Bidding Committee is responsible for the TECHNICAL REVIEWS and the Bidding agenda for the questions on the Bidding Agenda and why does it have been necessary to ensure that the Bidding Committee has not yet fully acted, but another person who TECOND ENVELOPE FINANCIAL PARTY validates information and will be held in safe custody of the Purchaser until the second public opening.

4. All this must be accompanied by a Bid Security valid until 07 January 2025 in the amounts set below:

Each Lot must have a separate bid Security and based together with its respective licoriation bill. Bidders should bid securities or amend by a foreign bank must be restated through a corresponding bid against licensed or Board of Uganda.

In Australia, to draw to the Procurement Regulations requiring the payment to disclose information on the successful financial statements, as part of the Contract Board Notice, using the Essential Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
