JOB DETAILS:

Overall purpose of the job.

Analysing in lab, substituting DCS Operation & ETP analysis, whenever it is required

Key Responsibilities

• Laboratory analysis in regular shifts and reporting regularly.

• Lab chemical reagent preparation

• Laboratory analysis record maintenance.

• Yeast culturing and developing up to culture vessel stage

• Despatch sample collection & preservation

• Hygienic condition maintenance in the lab

• Doing ETP laboratory analysis when required

• Doing DCS operation/supervision when required

• Adhering to and enforcing the Safety, Health and Environment Policy of the company

• ISO / UNBS certificate related coordination with the team.

• Performing any other related duties that may be assigned by the Superintendent-Shift/Management from time to time.

Education:

Diploma in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Bio Chemistry or related course from recognized institution

Experience, Skills and Competences:

Laboratory analysing skills & (02) two years of experience in the related field.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyse the reasons for the process parameters variation

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: associate degree
