Job Summary

As a Loan Consultant, you are the face of Unifi and the primary point of contact for our clients. This role goes beyond processing loan paperwork; it centers on building trust, delivering exceptional service, hitting branch targets, and ensuring every client is welcomed with dignity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding: Welcome clients warmly and guide them clearly through the loan application process.
  • Product Consultation: Explain credit products simply so clients fully understand their commitments.
  • Data & Documentation: Capture client details accurately into systems and ensure compliance of all records.
  • Cash & Records Management: Handle cash transactions and confidential client files with maximum integrity.
  • Target Driving: Take ownership of personal and branch performance targets with a proactive attitude.
  • Collections Support: Follow up on outstanding accounts to help clients find workable repayment solutions.
  • Branch Maintenance: Work collaboratively to keep the branch organized, clean, and up to brand standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: A Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related commercial course is advantageous.
  • Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a retail, sales, or customer-facing role.
  • Domain Knowledge: Comfortable with basic credit operations and financial service concepts.
  • Language Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Mindset: Patient, organized, target-driven, and highly committed to serving clients with urgency and care.
