Operational Manager
The Operational Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring efficient service delivery, excellent customer satisfaction, and effective staff management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the hospitality facility.
- Supervise and support staff across all departments.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and service standards.
- Monitor budgets, inventory, and operational performance.
- Resolve customer concerns and operational challenges promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience managing a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality establishment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
