On behalf of our client in the Construction and Real Estate sector, we are seeking an experienced Projects Manager to lead construction projects from planning to handover. The successful candidate will oversee project delivery, budgets, schedules, quality standards, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 12-15+ years of construction project management experience.
• Proven experience managing real estate, residential, or high-rise projects.
• PMP Certification is an added advantage.
