Provision Of Camp Services To Support Onshore 2d Seismic Data Acquisition And Processing Activity For The Kasuruban Contract Area (Ksca) - Unoc/Ksca/Ncons/2025/00013 tender at Uganda National Oil Company Limited (UNOC)

1. The Uganda National Oil Company Limited (UNOC) is a Limited Liability Company wholly owned by the Government of Uganda. UNOC is mandated to handle the State’s commercial aspects of Petroleum activities and the participating interests of the State in the Petroleum Agreements. UNOC is the operator of the Kasuruban Contract Area (KSCA), located in the Northern Lake Albert sub-basin, Albertine Graben, Uganda, and covers parts of the districts of Hoima, Bulitsa, and Nasindi. The delivery of the 2025 Work Program obligations is ongoing, and among other activities is the procurement of camp management services for the acquisition of 150-line kilometers of 2D seismic data.
2. Uganda National Oil Company Limited (UNOC) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Provision of Camp Management Services to Support Onshore 2D Seismic Data Acquisition and Processing activity for the Kasuruban Contract Area (KSCA).
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with Open bidding procedures of the Upstream Regulations 2016. Bidders may obtain further information in respect to the bidding document at the address given below from 8am to 5pm EAT on Monday to Friday.

Job Description (Additional Information):
The Provision of Camp Management Services for the Kasuruban Contract Area (KSCA) is critical to supporting the 2D seismic data acquisition and processing activities. The selected contractor will be responsible for:

• Camp Setup and Maintenance: Establishing and managing temporary living quarters, dining facilities, sanitation, and recreation areas for personnel.
• Logistics Support: Ensuring timely delivery of food, water, medical supplies, and other essentials to the camp location.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Adhering to international and local HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards, including emergency response plans.
• Security Coordination: Implementing measures to safeguard personnel and equipment in remote or high-risk areas.
• Waste Management: Proper disposal of waste in compliance with environmental regulations.
• Reporting: Daily updates on camp operations, incidents, and resource utilization to UNOC’s project team.

The camp must accommodate technical teams, contractors, and support staff working on the seismic survey, with a focus on efficiency, comfort, and minimal environmental impact.
