The expected output of this procurement is decommissioning and re-purposing of the Kiteezi landfill, and the development of a new modern Integrated Waste Management facility. The assignment will be under a design, finance, build, operate and transfer arrangement.

Short-listing shall be conducted in accordance with the shortlisting criteria in the detailed notice, the PPDA Act, Cap 205, and the PPDA (Consultancy Services) Regulations, 2023.

Sealed Expressions of Interest must be delivered to the Procurement & Disposal Department at Kampala Capital City Authority (City Hall, Block B, 1st Floor, Office B114) before 11:00 a.m. on Friday 31st July, 2026.
