Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and polished Sales Associate to join our elite team. The ideal candidate is client-focused, self-driven, passionate and deep knowledge of the Ugandan real estate market and beyond. As a representative of Haveli Realtors Ltd, you will be responsible for guiding discerning buyers and sellers through premium real estate transactions with professionalism, expertise, and finesse.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Represent our clients with the highest level of service and discretion.
2. Showcase and market high-end properties through private showings, curated events, and strategic advertising.
3. Build and nurture strong client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
4. Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, and brand-aligned outreach.
5. Prepare and negotiate offers, contracts, and closing documents with attention to detail.
6. Maintain up-to-date listings and CRM records.
7. Collaborate with interior designers, developers, legal professionals, and financial institutions as needed.
8.Other duties as assigned on a case by case basis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Commercial, Business administration or any other related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate.
- Strong understanding of the high-end property market and affluent clientele.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Professional demeanor with impeccable presentation.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools.
