JOB DETAILS:
Job Description:
As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in bolstering ICRA's Credit Rating & Recommendation business throughout East Africa. The ideal candidate will be able to identify the needs of both new and existing clients effectively, facilitating their success with our products and services. This involves exceptional communication skills, enabling you to liaise with clients and internal teams, ensuring a smooth resolution to any arising issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and expanding the ICRA Credit Rating & Recommendation business across East Africa.
- Acquiring new clients in order to meet business objectives.
- Collaborating cross-functionally within the company to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Creating and maintaining relationships with customers to better understand and meet their needs.
- Making regular customer visits to identify opportunities for growth.

Experience and Skills:
- 5-8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the Banking and Financial Services sector.
- 3 years of experience managing a large client portfolio.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities.
- Confidence and skill in engaging with 'C' level professionals.
- Self-motivated and initiative-taking personality.
- Preference will be given to candidates from the banking sector with aggressive sales skills and a proven track record in generating leads.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Previous account management experience within a financial institution.
- Demonstratable sales deal book, preferably with some regional experience.
- Articulate and accustomed to a client-facing role.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
