JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose / Objective:
i. Support to manage the operations of the crushing equipment used to process rocks into various sizes for construction purposes.
ii. Ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the crusher plant while producing high-quality materials for construction projects.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Crushing Operations: Coordinate and supervise the crushing of raw materials using crusher equipment.
2. Quality Control: Ensure that crushed materials meet specified size and quality requirements.
3. Equipment Management: Manage the operation, maintenance, and repairs of crusher machinery.
4. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
5. Resource Allocation: Assign tasks and allocate resources to crusher operators and maintenance staff.
6. Material Stockpile: Manage and organize stockpiles of crushed materials for distribution.
7. Environmental Compliance: Ensure compliance with environmental regulations in crushing operations.
8. Maintenance Planning: Schedule routine maintenance and repairs for crusher equipment.
9. Problem Solving: Address challenges related to crushing operations, equipment breakdowns, and quality issues.
10. Reporting: Provide accurate reports on production, quality control, maintenance, and safety metrics.
11. Documentation: Maintain records of work completed, equipment usage, and daily activities.
12. Collaboration: Coordinate with construction teams to communicate test results and provide recommendations.
13. Performs any other duty as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

1. Crushing Efficiency: Efficient processing of raw materials into desired sizes.
2. Quality Assurance: Ensuring that crushed materials meet size and quality specifications.
3. Safety Record: Maintaining a safe work environment and minimizing incidents in the crusher area.
4. Equipment Utilization: Efficient use and maintenance of crusher machinery.
5. Resource Allocation: Effective allocation of labor and equipment resources in the crusher area.
6. Budget Adherence: Staying within allocated budget for crusher operations.
7. Environmental Compliance: Adherence to environmental regulations and best practices.
8. Maintenance Efficiency: Timely and effective maintenance of crusher equipment.
9. Timely Reporting: Providing accurate reports on production, quality control, maintenance, and safety.
10. Communication: Effective communication with project team members, contractors, and suppliers.

Work Experience, Skills and Knowledge:
1. Leadership: Ability to lead and manage crusher operators and maintenance staff.
2. Crushing Operations Knowledge: Strong understanding of crusher equipment, processes, and safety procedures.
3. Quality Control Expertise: Skill in ensuring crushed materials meet specified size and quality standards.
4. Safety Focus: Prioritizing safety and enforcing safety protocols in crusher operations.
5. Problem-Solving: Addressing challenges related to crushing operations, equipment maintenance, and quality.
6. Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with team members, contractors, and stakeholders.

11. Working experience: Possession 3 years working experience obtained in equivalent capacity.
