3. The Bidding document in English may be collected by interested bidders upon submission of a written application letter to the Assistant Commissioner Procurement & Disposal Division at the address in (2) above.
4. Bidders are advised to collect Bank Payment Registration Slips at the address in (2) above and make payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 for the bidding document to any of the 21 banks authorised to receive Non-Tax Revenue fees on behalf of URA.

Note: Bidders who had previously paid in the previous tender process need not to pay again however, they should submit a letter expressing interest to participate in the re-tender process and submit proof of payment in the previous tender.
