1. Uganda National Oil Company Limited invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the Provision, Installation, Training, Commissioning and Maintenance of an Integrated Enterprise Resource Planning System and Website Reconstruction as Indicated below;

2. Bidding documents shall be issued using email upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 250,000/= or USD70 for the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System and 50,000/= for Website Reconstruction. Bidders are advised to submit a written application with the payment receipt to the email address below to obtain the Bidding document.

3. Payment shall be by deposit to the Uganda National Oil Company Limited Account:
   Stanbic Bank Uganda Limited, Corporate Branch, Crested Towers on A/C No. 9030011896005 (Uganda Shillings) or 9030011896021 (US Dollars).

4. A virtual/online pre-bid meeting shall be held for each procurement as indicated in the table above.
