JOB DETAILS:
Pride Bank invites high-performing employees to apply for the Accelerated Employee Development Program (AEDP), designed to prepare staff for leadership roles and critical responsibilities within the organization.
Eligibility Criteria:
. Demonstrated strong performance in current or previous roles
. Proven leadership potential and alignment with Pride Bank’s values

. Willingness to undergo AEDP assessments and training
