JOB DETAILS:
Job duties:
- Oversee daily bakery operations, staff performance and product quality.
- Manage inventory, control costs and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Drive sales growth especially wedding cake orders, through marketing and client outreach.
Requirements:
- A certificate or diploma in pastry and bakery or a related culinary arts program.
- Proven experience in managing a bakery or food service operation is required.
- Demonstrated ability to generate ideas, market new products and grow revenue (particularly wedding cake sales).
